6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception provided by law applies.
For purchases of goods, the 14-day period begins on the day when the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must clearly inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
The notice may be submitted:
- using the online withdrawal function available on the Website;
- by sending a clear statement to the Seller's email address;
- by using the withdrawal form.
6.3. The Website provides an online withdrawal function “Withdraw from the contract”, which allows the Consumer to submit a withdrawal notice electronically.
The withdrawal function is easily accessible to the Consumer throughout the period during which the right of withdrawal may be exercised.
6.4. In the online withdrawal notice, the Consumer provides or confirms:
- first and last name;
- information allowing the order to be identified;
- electronic contact details to which confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice should be sent.
After the withdrawal is confirmed, the Seller sends the Consumer electronic confirmation of receipt without undue delay, stating the content, date and time of submission.
6.5. After notifying the Seller of the withdrawal, the Consumer must return or hand over the goods to the Seller without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing the Seller of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
6.6. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the Seller has agreed to bear this cost or the goods are being returned due to the Seller's fault.
6.7. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
If the Consumer has chosen a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller, the additional delivery costs will not be refunded.
6.8. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer for the original transaction, unless the parties have expressly agreed otherwise.
6.9. The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
6.10. The Consumer is liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Personalized products
6.11. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the Consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This may apply, for example, to a product with engraving created according to the Buyer's individual instructions where the product is clearly personalized.
6.12. The exception to the right of withdrawal for personalized products does not limit the Consumer's statutory rights if the product is damaged or does not correspond to the order.
